Looking for Sport Relief 2018?

And so it begins. Greg’s quest to do five triathlons in five days, across five cities, started in Belfast Harbour Marina with a freezing open-water swim, before the day's arduous cycle and run. Greg called in regular updates to BBC Radio 1 throughout the day in between each of his events.

How we help in Belfast

Coping with the suicide or traumatic death of a loved one is incredibly hard. For children, it can be especially difficult. New Life Counselling uses Sport Relief cash to support children, aged between five and 17, through the grieving process and is just one of over 20 projects we’re proud to fund in Belfast.
